Ship date for Intel-based Macs

[Archived in Entry, Intel]

Matthew Gifford[Matthew Gifford] According to Engadget, Apple will begin shipping Intel-based (via TUAW) Macs in June of next year. I’m hoping that their notebooks will be among the first to be switched.

Some related posts from Technorati and Google.

[Knoblog - Carson Friday] Fake Video of OSX on Dell Laptop: I guess everyone is more succeptible these days to news like this after the shocker that Mac is going Intel. Everyone thought that was a hoax for sure, but then the news dropped and POW!

http://www.tuaw.com [Tuaw.com] The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW): I swear they said the mac mini would be the first to get the intel chips with the iBook and PowerBooks coming after that, and the PowerMac G5's and iMac G5's would be the last to get intel chips... squeeze the emac in there anywhere you please, unless they kill it for a mac mini that will cost 399.99 and come with a monitor...
